What is our exchange policy / refund policy?

All returns have to be made within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! All goods will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to reject any return request at its sole and absolute discretion.We are not responsible for any loss, delay, damage or misdelivery by any common carrier.
I want to exchange my item – do you pay for my return shipping?
1- Local purchases: We offer free return shipping in Singapore.
2- Overseas Purchases: For the rest of the world the expenses of return are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
The item is damaged / I have received an article that do not correspond to my order. What i have to do?
